Better Breastfeeding

With no family history of breast feeding,I found Breastfeeding a real new challenge! My 4 babies have taught me so much about mothering and breastfeeding.  I have supported mothers with breastfeeding  challenges since 1999. 

I trained as a breastfeeding supporter and later as an IBCLC lactation consultant. 

2010 Voted lactation consultant of the year 

2016 Volunteered at Chios Souda camp for refugee mothers and babies 

201 Keynote speaker at Cuidiu National conference

2017 and 2019 … conference speaker at La Leche League National Conference.

I have supported mothers with preparing  to and establishing breastfeeding,  moving from bottle to breast, latch challenges, weight gain concerns, relactation and many more challenges .
